Article Processing Charges
The International Journal of Management Research & Innovation (IJMRI) is committed to providing open access to high-quality research while ensuring the sustainability of its publishing operations. To cover the costs of peer review management, professional copy-editing, typesetting, long-term archiving, DOI registration, and platform maintenance, we apply Article Processing Charges (APCs) for accepted manuscripts.
APC Structure
- Standard APC: USD 170 (or equivalent in EUR/INR at current exchange rates) per accepted article.
Waivers and Discounts
IJMRI believes that financial constraints should not be a barrier to publishing excellent research. We offer the following support:
- Partial Waiver (100%): Available for corresponding authors from upper- income-countries (World Bank Group A) or Research4Life Group A countries.
- Partial Waiver (75%): Available for corresponding authors from lower-middle-income countries (World Bank Group B) or Research4Life Group B countries.
- Institutional Agreements: Waivers or discounts may be available through read-and-publish agreements with participating institutions. Contact us for details.
- Hardship Waiver: Authors facing genuine financial hardship (e.g., unfunded researchers, students) may apply for discretionary waivers on a case-by-case basis. Requests must be submitted with the manuscript and supported by a brief justification.
Waiver decisions are made independently of editorial decisions and do not influence peer review outcomes.
Payment Process
- Invoice Timing:APC invoices are issued only after formal acceptance of the manuscript.
- Payment Deadline:Payment is due within 30 days of invoice receipt to proceed with production and publication.
- Accepted Methods:Bank transfer, credit card via secure payment gateway, or institutional invoicing.
- No Submission Fees: There are no charges for manuscript submission, initial screening, or peer review.
Transparency
- All APC revenue is reinvested into journal operations, including platform enhancements, indexing applications, and open access infrastructure.
- Annual financial summaries (including APC revenue and waivers granted) will be published on our website to maintain transparency.
