Reviewers
Peer reviewers are essential to ensuring the scholarly quality and credibility of IJMRI. We operate a rigorous double-blind peer review system in which both author and reviewer identities are concealed.
Reviewer Eligibility & Selection
- Hold a doctoral degree or equivalent professional qualification with demonstrated expertise in management or innovation research.
- Have a strong publication record in peer-reviewed journals.
- Be free of conflicts of interest with the manuscript’s authors or content.
Reviewers are selected from our expanding database, author-suggested experts (subject to conflict checks), and public academic directories. We actively seek geographical and gender diversity to minimize bias.
Reviewer Responsibilities
- Complete reviews within the stipulated timeframe (typically 4 weeks).
- Evaluate manuscripts for originality, methodological soundness, clarity, ethical compliance, and contribution to the field.
- Provide detailed, evidence-based comments that assist both authors and editors.
- Maintain absolute confidentiality and not discuss or disclose manuscript content.
Recognition & Support
- Reviewers receive formal acknowledgment certificates upon request.
- Outstanding reviewers are recognized annually on our website and may be invited to join the Editorial Board.
- Review contributions can be recorded on Publons/Clarivate Reviewer Recognition platform.
Interested scholars may register as reviewers via our OJS portal or contact journal@arirdc.org.
