Aims & Scope
The International Journal of Management Research & Innovation (IJMRI) is an international, peer-reviewed, open-access journal established in 2026 with the mission to advance scholarly understanding and practical application of management principles in a rapidly evolving global business landscape. IJMRI provides a rigorous yet inclusive platform for researchers, academics, practitioners, policymakers, and industry leaders to publish original, high-quality research that contributes meaningfully to the theory and practice of management and innovation.
Primary Aims- To promote cutting-edge research that deepens theoretical knowledge while offering practical insights for organizational decision-making, strategic planning, and innovation management.
- To bridge the gap between academic scholarship and real-world business challenges by encouraging studies with clear implications for managers, entrepreneurs, consultants, and public policy makers.
- To foster interdisciplinary approaches by integrating perspectives from economics, psychology, sociology, technology, sustainability, finance, marketing, operations, and organizational behavior.
- To support global diversity in research by welcoming contributions from scholars in developed, emerging, and developing economies, with particular attention to underrepresented voices and contexts.

Note: Manuscript types accepted include original empirical research, theoretical/conceptual papers, systematic literature reviews, meta-analyses, case studies, methodological advancements, and critical viewpoints. All submissions must demonstrate scholarly rigor, originality, and clear contribution to knowledge or practice. Purely descriptive reports without analytical depth are outside the journal’s scope.
